The Big Red Race is for everyone in the family!

Kids Fun Run starts at 9:00 a.m., 5-K race starts at 10:15 a.m.

Whatever your age, we have a race for you. Kids run at age appropriate distances staring at 3 & Under running 25 meters on grass. Some events are run on a soft track. The longer 5K race is run around school grounds and has awards for many different age groups.

Cost: Participants in the children's morning fun run are asked to donate non-perishable food in lieu of an entry fee, while 5K race entrants will pay an entry fee of $15 to $20. For details visit bigredrace.com or contact organizers at BigRedRace@Lawrenceville.org.

The Big Red Race has a dual mission: to combat hunger in the Lawrence area by collecting food for the community food bank at Eggert's Crossing, and to raise funds for The Lawrenceville School Camp for disadvantaged youth. Each year the effort collects an estimated 500 pounds of donated food and contributes approximately $6,000 for the School Camp.
